โThe staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. โ
โThe location was perfection - close to the buses, the lifts for hikes, and the shops. With the new renovations, the hotel was new and so comfortable. The only gripe I had is the hot tub. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was for the hot tub and it was luke warm. Overall, still an amazing hotel and would definitely book again! โ
โEveryone there was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel has a great pool and relaxation area the town is beautiful, free voucher for bus rides through the area !โ

โBest hotel ever!!! Actually alpina dolomites almost ruined our trip in Italy because after such amazing experiences in alpina nothing was good enough for us thereafter. Real first class hotel and staff. The food was craaaaazy good too.
P.s: bike tour with alex is not a choice, itโs a must!!!โ
