"Great staff, very friendly and made you feel comfortable.
Comfy bed, nice pool.
As I like milky coffee more milk would have made the stay perfect. I did ask for and was given 2 more but I needed many more.
Breakfast was great..Thank you for a great stay."

"This is a budget hotel that sits amidst an 'industrial' landscape. The room decor was tired and the bed was very squeaky. It was as gloomy as it can be on a November day. But, it was convenient for the U-bahn to Dusseldorf, so it was a cheap option for visiting Messe in Dusseldorf."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay here, it was the perfect spot for some rest and recuperation following watching some of the Euros. Axel was very helpful and informative, ensuring our stay would be perfect and without any hiccups. With Aldi just a short walk around the corner we could pop out to get groceries easily to cook on the boat. The rooms were good sized given the size of the boat, the bathroom was clean and the shower was good. Would highly recommend if staying in the area."

"Firstly, the staff are lovely and the building is a lovely looking building. No complaints there, nice and clean.
But, it has a big problem. The hotel sits right on the train line heading into Düsseldorf. The passenger trains are fine, but the freight trains are the loudest thing on earth, and they pass right by the window, which you must have open, because there is no Air-conditioning. And they pass at whatever time of night they want. So 11pm, midnight, 3am 5am. Yes all of those, I did not...

"This hotel could have earned 5 stars easily because it's staff, rooms, and services are great. However, to promise a fitness center (gym) and then dont have one isnt good business practice. They do have a pool and 2 (!) old, outdated, and crappy cardio machines next to the pool. That's NOT a gym."
"Area is quite sketchy looking and hotel is very bare necessities, good for a very short stop. B&B Hotels need to be better at sending the reservation number over to hotels.com users"
