“The amenities were not at par as per star rating”

“thanks”

“The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication.”

“Firstly they didn't want to recognize the booking. Somehow I had convince. Room was extremely dirty, unclean bed and bathroom. electrical fault. etc though the behavior of staff was good. but they were helpless. ”

Regardless of room category, basic facilities...

“This is a great place to stay by the airport, I f you need to stay in Kolkata for a couple of days or between flights. The staff is extremely helpful, and you can order room service for the cost of a meal in a fairly inexpensive restaurant. rarely have I enjoyed this level of service in a three star hotel. It is on the fourth floor of a larger building.”
