Personal & Service: Es gab einige sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter vor allem im Restaurant. Einige andere waren nicht ganz so sympathisch aber immer hรถflich und niemals unfreundlich.

โWe chose to stay, having done so about 6 years ago, and as before this was a wonderful hotel in every way. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are large with comfy beds (we had a Mountain View room), and the breakfast is fantastic. Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jรคgeralp skilift there was plenty of parking.
