"We chose this property because it: has 2 BRs with Queen beds, kitchen, A/C, free parking, and is short distance to city center (with bus stop 2 blocks away). Bonus was it had washer AND dryer. Christopher, the proprietor, responded quickly to the questions I had before and after arrival, and was very pleasant in all. The apt is airy and bright with lovely, minimalist decor.
