"I was absolutely disgusted with our room. There were roaches, wall was sticky behind the bed, and the carpet was so dirty that my feet were black from walking on it. The pool area had torn chairs and they key reader for the entrance to hotel from the pool was not working. We asked management if they can assist us and said no, we needed to walk all the way to the side door.... when we asked for extra towels the manager was very hesitant and would side eye us.... horrible experience, never again."
