Overall, it was good

"The hotel was generally good. The breakfast was good and the hotel manager was nice. However, ants kept coming out of the bathroom, so it was difficult to deal with it. There was a story about bugs in the review, so I think you need to take care of them so that bugs don't come out."

"When I arrived at the hotel, DALIA at the reception said that my reservation was cancelled and there were no rooms available. Even though I showed her that it was not cancelled on the app, she kept repeating that there were no rooms available. When I finally got into the room, there were unknown bugs biting me on the bed, and the shower water suddenly got so hot that I got burned. There's no need to pay a lot of money for this old and unfriendly hotel. When I complained about this, she got angry. She spoke very fast on purpose so that I couldn't understand her, and when I asked her again, she looked down on me. "
