"We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice. We had a couple of issues with the room but they fixed them quickly. We are a family of 4 and found the bed space ok but it would've been better to have a bunk bed instead of the 2 singles because one of the singles had to be used as seating for the dining table. The other 2 full-sized beds were fine."

"We had the deluxe triple room for our family of 5. Location was good being a couple of blocks from the nearest train station and a 7-11 down the block. It was great having in suite laundry since we were traveling in the hot, humid summer. Note that the toilet room is a bit tight though especially for guests who may be tall. Also the unit opens up out to the outside, not a hallway which wasn’t a problem for us but just a call out. Nice added touch to have a welcome snack box waiting in our room...

The location is the greatest, walking distance to Dotonbori, transport. The facilities are more than adequate. "This property was a good fit for our family as we had six people staying in the apartment. It was close to transit station, and it was convenient to food options. However, we had issues with storage as there were no place to store clothing and we had to live out of our luggage which was somewhat inconvenient.
