The place was nice, but the stools in the bathrooms were so dirty and disgusting. The staff was helpful and very nice. The room the nice but not storage and no bathroom door. Nice and clean. Conveniently located. There’s also a convenient store on basement which we loved. Only slightly inconvenient part was if you’re on any floor above 22 you have to take two elevators. First one to floor 22 then next one to your floor up to 30.

Great place to stay, it is self check in and no reception desk. Room was like a small condo, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, big bathroom and your own laundry. Short walk from love you station and Universal Studios is walkable
