Staff members were very helpful. The room had an amazing view of Osaka (we were on the 29th floor) Then room conditions were very old. Carpet looked dirty and there were multiple food and food stains still stuck on the bed runner on 2 of the 4 beds in the room, unsure if it was ever washed. Overall ...
