"We had a lovely time here! We were travelling by public transport, and this spot is a little of out of the way, but they sent a shuttle to the train station and it was easy to arrive. It was not clear from their website that the restaurant would not be open for dinner, and the closest restaurant by foot (other than McDonald's) was a 30 minute walk away. That was no problem; we had a nice walk, a great dinner, and really loved the onsen!"

The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. Also the road to access the property is quite narrow...

"A simple and dependable business hotel. The staff were very friendly and even let me check in a bit early, which I appreciated. The room was clean, though the air felt a little stale when I first arrived. Breakfast is straightforward and gets the job done, and the small public baths were a nice way to relax.
