"We really enjoyed our five nights at this well situated hotel. It’s within walking distance of major sites and close to good restaurants (the concierge staff was tremendously helpful in helping us make dinner choices). The room was relatively spacious with a fabulous bathroom. The breakfast is awesome with menu ordering for entrees plus a plentiful buffet. Really one of the best we’ve experienced in lots of international travel, Unfortunately, the weather didn’t allow us to visit the rooftop bar. Maybe next time!"

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and it won’t be my last! The property is easy to get to from Kyoto station, the staff are all so friendly and professional, the amenities are great, rooms are clean and comfortable. The onsen is one of my favorite things about staying here. The breakfast is excellent too!"

"This place was fantastic, we stayed during Silver Week, which meant the hotel was full, however we never once felt crowded. The only thing lacking was a laundry service, however there is a laundromat 600m away. The closeness to the station which is only one stop from Kyoto was really convenient. Looking forward to coming back."

"The best hotel I have ever stayed in Osaka and great value for the price. Within walking distance from Shin-Ōsaka Station in a nice, quiet neighbourhood which is a good respite every night after all the hustle and bustle of Namba and Umeda. Rooms were immaculate and there are complimentary amenities and drinks daily. Excellent breakfast. Special mention to the public bath and sauna on the 3/F."
