"Onsen hotel in kyoto, the onsen and the massage chairs were fantastic. Staff spoke a small amount of English and were able to sort out most issues that we had. Rooms were extremely dark, but the bed and pillows were hard, it took some adjustments for my wife and I to get to sleep."

"We booked a 3+sofa bed room and the room was larger than expected. The view from the room was amazing! No needs to go to any observation deck. The onsen was nice too. Having washer and dryer on site was definitely a plus. Being able to see the availability of the washers from your TV screen was very helpful. Will definitely stay here again."
