"Breakfast was exceptional and room was big enough. Sadly there were a few stains on our comforter that we had the staff change out."

"Excellent location across from Kyoto Station and next to Aeon Mall, which has a small grocery store on the first floor. Food options are everywhere, from the station to the malls to the surrounding community. Two 24-hour laundromats are within two blocks of the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly, especially Romeo, who we give five stars for aloha. The rooms are clean, and the cleaning staff is very friendly-another five stars for aloha and excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Kyoto and want a central location."

"The hotel was nice and the beds were comfortable. It is located near an abundance of shops, restaurants and a train station. The buffet alone was worth the stay. Many hotels we stayed at claimed to have a 'western buffet' however, they were far from what Americans would expect. This hotel had the best buffet of all the hotels we stayed at in Japan."
