"Clean room! Free washing and drying machines. They have a wonderful welcome lounge with snacks,drinks, and coffee. Perfect place to stay Dotonbori is less than a 2 minute walk. Also they provide free bags and a vacuum sealing machine which made it easier to take our souvenirs and stuffed animals we won! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"Don’t do laundry here as there’s not enough dryers, but the public bath was very nice and on the same floor as the 7-11"

"My favorite place I have stayed in Japan. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The Onsen was perfect. I was able to use it twice a day we had breakfast there and all the amenities were just what we needed after a long day. Cannot recommend this hotel more. They did a great job and I will be back next time."

"Perfect location for traveling to-and-from Kyoto Station, literally opposite the Hajicho East exit. You can use the station to see practically everything you might want to see in Kyoto. Nice clean quiet rooms, larger than normal for Japan. Don’t miss the breakfast in the Japanese restaurant in the basement Uoman…. It’s divine, if you like Japanese food. Regional specialties you won’t find elsewhere. The Aeon Mall next door is also great for travelers. Lots of options at regular (non-tourist) prices."
