"Beautiful views of the river. Peaceful setting, walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. Tatami was comfortable, the bathroom dated. The onsen and staff were great. "

The location is great, but it is barely enough equipped, not very clean, and there is no other way than to disturb the host to get in the house every time you come in. "Love this hotel! Second time i stayed at this hotel and had good service. This time was a bit different. They could not find my reservation for the luggage to be shipped and then when we checked in, they didn’t give us the breakfast tickets which was included when I made the reservation. Otherwise, great hotel and fabulous location "
