"In terms of location it’s great! Friendly staff and easy to get to. Although I have a few negative comments, one being the breakfast is absolutely horrible. Not much options & no milk alternatives! I did not eat breakfast there although I paid for it. Secondly, the lifts are impossible to get. I don’t understand why have not separated the lifts based on floors. It gets so busy and takes forever to get up/down. Lastly, the room size in Japan is known to be small and that’s fine! However the layout is very bad, you don’t have enough space to move around. I also felt the bathroom was very much like. 2-3 star hotel and standards were very low. Although, it’s in a nice area, I would recommend another hotel in the area instead"
