"Highly highly recommend! As soon as you step foot into the hotel, the service was amazing! The staff did not speak great English, but we were able to use simple words to communicate. The property itself is immaculate! No shoes are allowed as soon as you entered the hotel. I wore my white socks around the hotel all day and the bottom was still clean at the end of the day. You always see someone mopping or cleaning. The complimentary services (coffee, matcha, water, ice cream, soba noodles) was such a fantastic treat. Their breakfast buffet is a must because it is so delicious. The late night soba is also a must! The onsite onsen is also a must try. There were so many different pools and it was super clean! Overall, this is the best hotel we’ve have stayed at. The price per night is a great steal for this 5-star hotel!"

"Really nice hotel with fairly spacious room for Japan. The entrance and lobby area is lovely. Short walk to goju station only 1 stop from Kyoto, and easy walk to Gion with loads of bar and restaurant options. Great lounge in the basement with complimentary drinks and snacks and beautiful onsen and gym also. Only downside was the breakfast was quite expensive with not a huge selection compared to others on my trip. I would like to see more fresh fruit available. Otherwise my stay here was really perfect."

"Very very nice breakfast. Location is within walking distance to USJ and train station but it's troublesome when it's raining as it's not sheltered and no underground access. F&B are nearby tho, so no headache looking for lunch n dinner. Big and clean room, overall I enjoyed my stay there."

"Great place, good location. Everything is automated for checkin and out, very fast to get you room, storage for luggage with QR code, flawless. Only negative thing would be the wait for elevator at peek time, but easy to understand with more than 40 floors."

"GREAT location for food and night life! Very clean hotel with great amenities. I lost my necklace in the Sauna area and was able to get it from the front desk the next day! I really loved that! "

"it was an amazing stay that is worth every penny. amazing location, safe to walk around even at night. easy access to airport bus as well as all the subway stations in the area. heart of all the malls so it was easy to go back to hotel for a quick break before continuing the shopping journey. loved the option of eco cleaning so that we can get new water and towels without having to have someone enter the room. this is 100% where i’m gonna stay next time i travel to osaka. "
