Perfect base for a single person who wants no frills - close to 3 subway lines, far enough from Dotonbori to be quiet, but several restaurants open on its street late into the night. Very friendly staff, too - the place has that fresh, new hotel look. This hotel is an undervalued gem!

Brand new and well-located. Double rooms are compact but functional. Stayed 6 nights - staff are friendly and helpful. Honmachi connects to 3 subway lines and izakayas next door are great and foreigner friendly. Excellent value for solo stays.

残念なホテル。新しいので綺麗ではありますが、細かい点で残念です。ロビーに椅子がほとんどない。部屋のデスクの奥行きがなくてパソコンに不向き。冷蔵庫が薄くてモノがあんまり入らない。風呂のシャワーカーテンにカビか毛染めの液か何か知りませんが、黒いデカいシミがあった。手洗いは流れが悪い。隣の部屋の音がけっこう聞こえる。などなど！
