"Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasnāt working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasnāt much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more. Best thing about staying here was definitely the bar. Visited on all nights we stayed here. Amazing live music. However, Toilets at the bar were in a horrible state by the end of the night and you could tell it wasnāt cleaned all night. Good variety of food at breakfast but overcrowded. Felt less like a luxury hotel and more like a business hotel."

"Amazing and well appointed hotel. Very nice and modern with spacious rooms. Very convenient to JIEXPO centre, and I would definitely stay here again if attending a trade show or conference. The breakfast buffet offering is very good, but beware that the buffet gets VERY crowded and it may be best to pick your times to avoid the queues. I do wish they had better coffee offerings or superior machines to the ones in operation."
