“Church bells chiming every 15 minutes, I should have inquired. Breakfast is simple as could be, in a windowless cellar room.Staff unfriendly when asked for help. Room had builder's issues. This was communicated with owner in person.”

“프랑스를 거쳐 스위스 도착해서 3곳의 호텔에 예약해서 숙박했는데 여기 호털은 먼나라에서 온 여행자에게는 맞지 않는 호텔입니다 그이유는 주차장이 없어서 인근 공영 주차장에서 300미터 이상 여행가방을 날라야하고 엘레베이터가 없어 계단으로 케리어를 올려야했으며 건물은 오래되어 오래된 냄세가 나고 나무바닥은 삐걱거리는 소리가 납니다 처음부터 호텔이 아니었던건지 샤워부스와 화장실은 작고 습기때문인지 완전히 닫히지 않습니다. 저희 딸과 부인과 함께 이 호텔에서 지내기 불편합니다 거기에 조식은 기대 이하입니다. 이 호텔은 가까운 지역에 살고 오래된것을 좋아하는 여행자에게 어울리지 우리같은 편안하고 현대적은 호텔을 찾는 여행자에는 적합하지 않습니다”

“Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten das Dachgeschoss Zimmer, mitte Juni, sehr warm, keine Klimaanlage. Es gab einen sehr lauten Ventilator. Das Dachfenster ging nicht richtig zu öffnen. Ansonsten war es eine gute Unterkunft für die Durchreise nach Italien.”

“The friendliness and professionalism of staff was outstanding. They seemed to take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of guests and our rooms were amazing. The location was superb in the old historic part of town. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We will definitely return and recommend Hotel Baseltor 150% ! The stores and history nearby were perfect and we have many memories now to savor. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience with zero complaints !!”

“고풍스럽지만 현대적인 시설이 함께하는 호텔. 솔로톤에서는 이만한 위치에 이정도 호텔이 또 있을까 합니다. 식당도 좋고 대성당이 바로 옆입니다.”

“ Zimmer: prima; Schiebetür Duschenraum falsch positioniert; Wasser fliesst beim Duschen in Badezimmer. Personal: logischerweise keines vorhanden.(Automat) Kaffeeautomat hat leider nicht funktioniert.”

“We were unable to lower the temp so it was far too hot for us when we couldn't get it cooler after being so over heated all day. We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. The staff at the restaurant had us laughing and we really enjoyed being able to have such a wonderful experience right there at the hotel”
