Lovely little place, everything was perfect with helpful staff and lovely setting. Within a short walkable distance to Jamaa Lafna. The only downside was the check in which was very slow as our room wasn't ready until 4.

This Riad is gorgeous! Located in a central part of the medina and had the most hospitable staff. I will never run out of great things to say about this place. I wish I spent more time there. 10/10 experience - book your stay now!

Hospitality at its absolute finest. From the start, everything was seamless. We arranged a taxi transfer through the riad, our driver Mohammed messaged us at the perfect time & asked to video call so he could locate us easily. Pickup was effortless. During the drive, he shared local history along with helpful do’s and don’ts, which immediately made us feel prepared and welcomed. Because cars aren’t allowed in the medina, Mohammed called ahead on arrival, & Mosai (apologies if I’m misspelling his name) met us at the entrance, collected our luggage, & walked us to the riad. Once there, Abdul greeted us with traditional Moroccan tea & biscuits before checking us in. He provided a map, highlighted key locations, & clearly explained what to know, very informative without being overwhelming. Throughout our stay, every staff member was warm, personable, & genuinely helpful. No request felt too small, & everyone consistently went above & beyond. We truly felt at home. The rooms & common areas were impeccably maintained & always smelled incredible. One detail I especially appreciated was the care taken with transportation. Whenever we booked a car service through the hotel (with a few hours’ notice), a staff member personally walked us to/from the riad. The driver would usually call 5 minutes ahead so staff could meet us. Even though we felt very safe, this thoughtful touch made a big difference. The riad is perfectly located in the heart of the medina. Already missing everyone!

This place is like no other - heaven on earth. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Our villa was brilliant. It was huge with our own pool (not heated and therefore we could not use it as the water was cold), a heated jacuzzi, a living room, bedroom and a large bathroom and a store room. The bed was huge and luxurious. The bathroom had a hand-held shower, a rain shower and the best was a waterfall shower! The in-house service was exemplary. We had a direct contact with our butler via whatsapp. The team were wonderful in responding to our messages within a couple of minutes. Noura, from the service team, was fantastic. She was very pleasant and helped us sort out a small issue in the bill with great professionalism. The breakfast was excellent and Kariba and Malik made us feel at home. We booked a lot of excursions, like a visit to Imlil in the Atlas mountains, desert experience, guided tour of the old city through the concierge. Syeed who helped us, in my opinion, is the best concierge I have ever seen. His choice of places, guides, restaurants to eat were excellent. He was patient and took a genuine interest in our trips. The cars from the hotel were large, clean and spacious. The drivers always had a smile on their face. Dawood, Mohammad and Imad in particular stood out. Dawood in particular gave us a lot of history facts during our drive to the desert. We even had Thomas, the general manager, stop by and have a chat with us as we were about to leave.
