I booked this hotel thinking it was connected to the station because the name on your website said Sendai Business Hotel Eki but actually it was a block away. When we got there there was temporary sign saying it was Sendai Business station front hotel. It was raining hard and we got soaked walking that block away. Also we had to carry our luggage down some stairs to the lobby. Our 6th floor room had a permeating smell of burning oil seeping in one of our rooms near a staircase door. In the evening we called to see if we could change rooms but initially was told they were totally booked. Luckily my friend a Japanese national staying with us explained the situation and he came up with a couple other room keys that they can move into. He said that there was a mechanical boiler room below and that’s where the smell was coming from the stairwell.

フロントスタッフのサービスが良いことに比べて、部屋の不快適さに違いがありすぎました。部屋、バス共に狭く、トイレも狭い。古さも気になりました。一泊なら耐えれるかどう…2泊しましたが、二度目は無い感覚でした。

単に素泊まりだけを考えれば問題なく宿泊できると思います。それ以上期待しないのが良いのかもしれませんね。朝食ブッフエは特に問題なく普通に食事するには充分すぎると思います。担当のご年配の女性が気を遣ってるのがよくわかります。再度宿泊するとするなら、理由はそれくらいかなと、とても丁寧で親切でした。考えようによっては、そこで保っているも。

コストパフォーマンスはとても良いと思いました。ただ、バスタブの清掃が行き届いてなかった感じで、自分で洗ってから入浴しました。この暑さですし、多くの人はシャワーのみの使用なのかもしれませんね。朝食を食べなくても、コーヒーサービスがあると嬉しいです。

とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。 1人で泊まる方にもオススメです。しかし、気になる事が1点ありました。ユニットバスの扉を閉めた際に、ずっと扉から異音がする為うるさくて気になりました。 (換気扇のせい？) 扉を少し離せば音は鳴らなかったのですが、一応お手洗いがあるから扉を閉めれない事が若干嫌でした。(音が気になるタイプなので
