โTo be honest when we first checked in. The Woman was unfriendly, nose was turned up. Which cause me to try to check out. However as we continued our staff all the other Mangers and Staff were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, cheerful with my children. Because of that I extended my stay. Overall our visit was amazing โ
โHousekeeping did a great job every day of our stay. Dinner crew was great, as was front desk. Will stay here again if the opportunity comes around.โ

โCheck in was super easy and the guest services rep was so nice! Had questions about the parking and i asked if i could get a room with a good view and the view was great! I believe her name was Abigail, i hope i am correct. โ
โI was impressed with the Fairfield Inn Marriott Rochester Airport! Even though it was at the airport and right next to the parking garage, it was still amazingly quiet. The room was very clean and modern. I was there for a one-night stay prior to catching a very early plane back to Denver the next morning. It was a very easy walk from the hotel to the terminal... less than 5 minutes, so I could return my rental car when I arrived at the hotel and not have to deal with it early in the morning....
