โBreakfasts were quite good. Pool was very nice. Location quiet but near some restaurants that are family friendly. Although not close to any one location we were going--Genesee Village, Ganondagon museum, Erie Canal tour, Museum of Play, it was a reasonable distance from all of them--they are quite spread out. โ
โTo be honest when we first checked in. The Woman was unfriendly, nose was turned up. Which cause me to try to check out. However as we continued our staff all the other Mangers and Staff were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, cheerful with my children. Because of that I extended my stay. Overall our visit was amazing โ
โThe best property in the whole vacation. Staff was very helpful, courteous and went above and beyond the standard processes, especially on checkin ( even when I arrived late night 10pm).
100% a 5 star property.โ
โThe staff at this hotel was excellent. They were polite, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again. โ
โThe Inn on Broadway is a hidden gem in downtown Rochester. We were in town for a concert and a music festival and chose this hotel because it was in the middle of the two venues. Very clean, quiet; the staff were friendly and accommodating- it was an excellent experience. โ
โCheck in was super easy and the guest services rep was so nice! Had questions about the parking and i asked if i could get a room with a good view and the view was great! I believe her name was Abigail, i hope i am correct. โ
