It's a great location for exploring the city - walkable to good restaurants (I loved La Bola), the GeVa Theater, Planetarium, and many good coffee shops (Albunn was fantastic). This hotel just has so much more character than a chain. Highly recommend! "

"Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use."

"Room and staff were great. Only downside were the people hanging around the front lobby. Also saw the police there 3 different days for different reasons. Even with that , I felt safe and the room was a great value and convenient to main roads. Would stay again."

"Great view, close to attractions. The lady at the front desk at evening shift was kind and courteous on 4/21. Pleasantly surprised at the complimentary appetizers and drinks during social hour. Chef Mark made delish macaroni and cheese and the breakfast was great as well. Highly recommended this incredible stay ."
