Room was clean, room had nice bathroom shower and bed was comfy, staff was very friendly ... both early evening at the check in and then when i came down to check out t in the morning the woman in the bistro making coffee, among other things, was wonderful & cheerful ...wishing me a great day.. very nice to see these days! Great location, felt safe, even had an inside parking garage spot for me and i was grateful since the snow was coming down real hard all night!

I was pleasantly surprised at how much we all liked this hotel! We were a party of 4 ladies celebrating a late Christmas and an early Galentine's Day weekend. These are the things that stood out: STAFF - very nice, personable, and helpful PARKING - plenty of parking AND an indoor garage (came in handy in this cold and snowy February!) ROOM - spotless and well appointed BATHROOM - big enough for 2 people to move around and a nice big shower (but we didn't need to use it) SECURITY - us 4 girls felt very safe staying here! Had to use your room key multiple times to access different areas AND having a security guard at the front door was welcoming (and he was friendly as well!) BAR - this was a nice surprise as we checked the website and a bar was not listed, maybe it's new? But we took full advantage of it and the bartenders were fantastic and funny! Very entertaining!! The fried and tenders were good, too. We will definitely be staying here again as there is a lot of good restaurants and bars within walking distance of this hotel...we will just wait until the weather cooperates!

I had a great stay at this location. I saw previous reviews talking about a green light on the ceiling keeping them awake, I did not find the faint green light to be an issue. Next time I’m in Rochester I would stay here again.

The hotel was perfectly located for the JazzFest that happened to be going on when we arrived in Rochester. The staff were amazing - always positive and helpful. The rooms were modern and very clean. The gym was great - even has a Peloton! We'll stay there again for sure!

Loved our stay at this hotel! Very modern and spacious rooms! Close to a nice brunch spot called Locals only. Hotel has shuttles to the Strong museum. Would definitely recommend!
