"This was possibly the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my lifetime and I have traveled the world. The place was just nasty, and the pictures online were very deceptive because this hotel looked like something out of a horror movie. There were bullet holes in the walls, a huge rust spot in the floor of the bathtub that looked like if you stepped on it you would get poisoned. The shower curtain was filthy, and the TV was about to fall off the wall. The front door wouldn't close all the way and the bathroom door wouldn't close and lock. This place was terrible, and for the price definitely not worth it. Honestly I would have done better sleeping in a car. This place should be removed from Expedia because they are going to ruin your reputation. I have pictures."

"Terrible customer service. Asked for a hairdryer for three days straight and it was never delivered to our room. Requested a room that looked into the atrium from a higher floor was given first floor that faced highway. Right beside outside door that didn’t stay locked and banged all night. Room was clean, but floor was filthy. Found garbage on the floor."

"The airport shuttle was easy to use even if you arrive super late. Call upon arrival. Location to RIT is not bad, short uber. Our room felt musty and smelled full of cleaning chemicals. We ended up airing out the room and running the fans. I would not recommend if you an afford a few extra $. "

"This was my 2nd time staying here and it was a consistent experience. the hotel itself has some wear and tear, no elevator and no carpeting in the halls or rooms so it can be a little noisy. The breakfast is just ok, the room is also just ok, there hasn’t been hand soap either time in the bathroom. Just two bottles of lotion near there sink and the shower has showed gel and lotion. So much lotion!! The hotel staff, however is amazing. The young man who checked me in both evenings, is a 5 star employee. He made me feel comfortable and he was the deciding factor for me whether I would stay there. The hotel looks and seems a little seedy and the price point is lower than I usually go as a woman traveling alone. But, he so was professional and lovely at check-in, that I felt that I would be safe there and so I stayed and returned. He was equally kind and welcoming on this past stay. The breakfast staff and the room staff were also friendly in the halls. I think the hotel is a bit worn down, 2-3 start but the warm and welcoming staff make it feel like a 4 star experience. I’ve stayed at luxury hotels where the staff wasn’t nearly as polite and warm. "

"This place is absolutely gross! The smell was horrible everywhere. The toilet was super dirty, the floors were gross, and the window was broken with tape on it — definitely did not feel safe at all. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway the entire time. I know it’s cheap, but honestly I would rather pay more than stay at this gross place again. I hate giving bad reviews, but people should know before booking. Do NOT stay here!"
