We are happy to report that Super 8 has been updating its rooms and the stays here are comfortable. Although they discontinued the pretty good breakfast that they used to provide without prior notice, the value is still good given the cost of other comparable hotels. We will likely stay there next time we are in the area.

Parking area and lobby were in good condition and safe. Rooms were ok, you get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, all except the slamming of other people's doors early in the morning, that you get from any hotel. There was no breakfast, but a great restaurant right around the corner. Our tub was a little dirty, and the bathroom could use some upgrades, but other than that, all was good.

I gave this review as a returning customer. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast as advertised. The employee when asked about the change just stated there was an "incident" and that management stopped it, without further explanation. In my previous stay at the property, we found the breakfast very good,

Great location off interstate 390. Room and linens were clean. Dislike: Breakfast was not offered although all advertising at the time the reservation was made said the price included breakfast. I think coffee was available but I did not have any.

It was fine but was missing some basics. There was no soap/shampoo or even plastic cups in the room. Also, the pillows did not have pillowcases. That being said for the price it was good. Location was good and staff was helpful.

This was one of the worst hotels that I've ever stayed at. There were hand drawn crosses with some kind of oil on the windows and headboards. The floor was so sticky your shoes stuck, there were bugs on the bathroom floor and some kind of disgusting smears on all of the walls. There was coffee from a machine but no cream or half n half. No food available either. Place looked empty and they would not let us check in early. Would never come here again and would not recommend.

A larger set-up for continental breakfast is needed, and perhaps monitoring of hallways due to rude patrons making excessive noise past midnight.
