"Bathroom had small cockroaches roaming around during night. I had to personally kill them for peace of mind. Have a video and couple of photos. Video may not load but can be provided on request. Even photos are not loading due to some reason unknown to be but can be provided. "Absolutely no complaints at all. Great stay perfect for a short break. Walking distance to promenade with access to the bays and sea front. Also close to party area Paceville - if that’s your thing! Close to bus routes to Valletta with brilliant bus service and is only 3 euros. Breakfast plentiful and lovely omelettes! Lovely indoor and rooftop pool and cool little Technogym. Shout out to the chap that helps with luggage during check in and out - very helpful and friendly a credit to the hotel. Would certainly recommend if visiting Malta. Missing already!"

"The hotel surprised us as it was much nicer than the pictures appeared and we had access to swimming pool, gym and sauna for free. They also allowed us to store our luggage in a secure room before and after check-in time. Very good location, close to the shops and bars but not too close that it’s noisy."

"It is a great place in great location however the hotel is tired especially for a very expensive terrace room. It is stuck in a time warp and worn out - bed, chairs carpets. The staff in the bars were very slow and poor, particularly at the poolside bar. The addition of a shuttle bus up the hill is great unless 8 Americans want to pile in as well and were abbusive to us and the driver. For 400 euros a night I also expected breakfast!!"
