Staff: The best staff - So kind, so polite, so professional. This APA Hotel experience was seamless, better service than in Tokyo or Osaka. The staff made this place special. Like the kind warmth of an old Tokaido Inn or the family favourite ramen shop - this felt like home.

Vacation Rental Hotel Tenmonkan
Room temperature is a bit cold and towels were not exchanged. Room condition is good and clean but communication was not easy and not able to access to hotel manager.
