UH Suite made our stay comfortable. The front desk is great at communicating and were quick to respond. We had a few requests for our group and they were so accommodating and helpful to us. I also appreciated that they helped set up our groups private transportation to the airport. The suite itself provides all essentials to make it homey - fridge/freezer, microwave, glassware/plates. Freat hotel near subway #9. Very clean and well managed. Very quiet also.

Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.

Helpful staff, clean and spacious room

Amazing staff and beautiful location. Felt very welcome and safe. Recommendations for this location at the highest-ranking hotels I stayed in. My small quam would be to check for any dirty spots on the toilet area.

Even though it is a ways from the downtown area, the adjacent Express Bus Terminal provided huge benefits to access 3 subway lines which would take anywhere you chose. The hotel itself was outstanding and a real bargain for the room rates offered. The morning breakfast buffet was a welcome start to each day and the staff go out of their way to please you. Highly recommended

Clean room and helpful staff

I liked how we were able to do an early check-in at the hotel. It was also very walkable to the convenience stores and malls as well.

Great hotel with excellent staff. The location is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again. My experience would have been perfect if it still provided shuttle services to Incheon Airport or Seoul Station, although I couldn't really blame the hotel for it. Overall, we enjoyed staying here primarily because of the well equipped and clean room. I would like to especially thank the professional and courteous staff members.

Loved this hotel, it was just as the photos show it to be. Clean, beautiful and unique. Worth the stay. I wish the loft area had its own toilet/sink to avoid going up and down the stairs at night. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and the decor was amazing.

Right in the heart of the Seoul. Conveniently to metro lines. Coex Shopping center is beautiful. Especially the hotel is next to the City Airport, which has the airlines luggages check-in, immigration, and limousine bus lines to Incheon airport. It is absolutely recommended hotel to stay when visiting Seoul.

The stay was great and the room was incredibly nice and cozy.
