Good for a local experience on a budget

Friendly staffs and even with little and no English to communicate, I still was able to understand their system. The room I booked was small but enough space for me. There was a computer and key board that took up too much space they need to get rid of. The bed had a heating blanket, so it was very nice and warm. There was no room service unless requested and there is an area on every floor to grab clean towels, clean sheets, Max coffee and water. They have a Laundry room that they offer guest to DIY so that was very useful. The train stations are close by, just about 10 mins walk, and there is a street and indoor market 2 mins walk. The area is very nice if you want to experience staying where locals live, work and shop. I enjoyed staying there to experience the local lifestyle.

Off the beaten tourist track about 10 subway stops northeast but as little as $27/night so a great value. A little hard to find especially on a rainy night. I arrived at midnight and mgr. was looking for me on street; try to arrive before 9 even though it says 24 hour desk. North side of the big blvd. You se when emerging from subway. to find, look near the love motel with the white moving lights-- friendly manager but not good English but very much aims to please. LOVED the free 24 hour laundry machines off the lobby-- a godsend, if you have smelly wet clothes. Mgr. Even put my stuff in dryer at end of cycle! Room comfortable, everything worked. Aircon, fan, CNN on tv, good hot water. Except for not being central, this place is an excellent value and will work well for the solo or hardy world-savvy globetrotter. Some clutter in stairwells but that is irrelevant. Any small hotel that tries this hard to please, despite communications difficulty, deserves your business. A solid 8 of 10 overall for the hardy traveler.

Overall, we stayed only 1 night when we were supposed to stay longer. We felt unsafe in the area. There are amenities but limited as well. Room is small for 2 people.

Le personnel était sympathique mais ne parle pas anglais difficile de communiquer. On avait de l'eau et du café à disposition à l'accueil, la chambre moyennement propre. A 10 minute a pieds de la station Suyu Des serviettes changés sur demande. Un viel ordinateur dans la chambre qui ne sert a rien. Et qui prend de la.place plus que autre chose Des commerces a proximité.

Chambre assez spacieuse pour 2 personnes. Grande salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Ce n’était pas hyper propre (baignoire avec des cheveux, qql traces d’humidité) mais ce n’était pas non plus horrible. Pour le prix c’est un bon choix. Le quartier est à 30min du centre ville mais est quand même animé. Proche des transports.

No me gustó nada. Olor a cigarro, inseguro porque la puerta fue forzada para abrir en alguna ocasión y se ve la puerta doblada. Sucio en el baño y regadera. Tuve que llevar mi equipaje porque no confíe en la habitación era insegura. La foto en Expedia es diferente a la realidad.
