Lovely place to stay at! Close and very accommodating. Our flight was late but we messaged and tee got greeted after check-in time! Heated floors are very nice. The only thing I could complain about is that the light in the room is rubbish if you want to do your makeup! (But super cozy!)

A warm and heart warming stay😍

Chin Chin house is one of my unforgettable hotel, especially during the CNY in -20 degree, it’s 15 mins from Hong dai University station, I treasure the time I walk back, so quiet and so many interesting shops! I stay there for 5 days, just like a home away from home, I can cook my own breakfast and have a coffee in the beautiful architect lounge! Very warm and heart warming in this Korea winter! I definitely recommend you to enjoy this comfortable and happiness place! 😀

Friendly staff, moldy/leaky ceiling

The staff is friendly and they speak good English. We were originally placed in the third floor but the stairs were icy and we almost slipped (no elevator). They accommodated us with a 2nd floor room, but the ceiling was leaking. The ceiling above the bed looked moldy.

From the first day, the roof was leaking and under the bed there was so much dusty. So the air of the room was contaminated with bad smell...totally the room was not suitable for the customer's staying. After moving to the other room, the cleanness was almost the same level but a little bit better. Make a long story short, please delete this hotel from your Hotels.com package. I could not visit Hotels.com if you continue to keep this hotel in your website. Thanks. If you need pictures, I will send it separately.

There were reviews with high praise and some negative ones, making it hard to decide. The result was a very satisfying trip. The front desk was friendly, and the room with its white sheet covers was very clean and warm. The second-floor lounge was even more comfortable than home. The paintings in the room and living room were modern and had a unique charm. Dining at the dumpling and soup restaurant run by the owner was an excellent experience at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The Perfect Haven in Seoul, Complete with Friendly Service and Spotless Rooms My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. Having lodged here last January and returned, it's clear this spot keeps drawing me back. The room was spotless, with particularly pristine bedding which ensured a super comfy night. Its quiet location made it the perfect spot to unwind. The beef soup and dumplings served at the North Korean restaurant right at the alley’s entrance were top-notch. Kit, the front desk officer from Hong Kong, was immensely friendly and fluent in English, making communication a breeze. With its reasonable prices and excellent service, I've firmly decided to stay here whenever I'm in Seoul. It feels like I've found my own little haven, much like something out of The Guardian's travel pages. Highly recommend!

정리 및 청소가 안되있다. 먼지 수북하고 수건도 언제빨았는지 모를정도다. 세면대에서는 물이 샌다. 호텔급을 바라지는않았지만 걸레질도 안한 바닥은 글쎄다 였다. 실수다 싼각격에 덜컥 예약한 내실수다.

곰팡이와 함께

숙소 내부를 리모델링 한 듯한데 현관문 들어가자마자 곰팡이 냄새가 진동을 하길래 보니 주방과 화장실에 곰팡이가 한가득 있네요. 제 생각에 집이 오래되어 단열이 안 좋아서 겨울철 결로 때문인것 같습니다. 이 부분은 개선이 필요합니다. 이런 곰팡이 가득한 곳에서 다시는 자고싶지 않아요.

スタッフの方がすごい優しくてお部屋も綺麗でした！ホンデ駅からは15分くらい歩きますがお部屋はすごく静かでゆっくり寝れます。タオルを用意してくれてありがとうございました。また韓国行く時に泊まりたいと思います！

セルフでチェックインすると知らずにまごつきましたが、お部屋は清潔で静かで過ごしやすかったです。コンサート参加のための滞在でしたが会場のワールドカップスタジアムが徒歩圏内だったので行き帰りが楽でよかったです。

Chambre calme et accueil très satisfaisant mais plusieurs point négatifs: traces profondes d’humidité au plafond, prise au dessus du lavabo qui pend et simplement maintenu par les fils, robinet lavabo rafistolé, de plus il fuit en permanence. Effectivement le tarif est assez bas mais ces défauts pourraient être aisément améliorés

방은 작은 편에 속하지만 혼자지내기엔 충분합니다. 보일러를 켜지않아도 충분히 따뜻하고 온수또한 잘나옵니다. 주택가에 위치해서 조용하고 저렴한 가격으로 묵고 쉬었다가기 좋습니다. 2인이라면 잠자리가 조금불편할수 있지만 잠만 잔다면 가성비 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 직원의 응대도 좋습니다.
