I had a wonderful day in Kiwa hostel. The room which I stayed in was very clean and organized. All the amenities were very good too. I had a little bit of difficulty when it comes to restroom because I had to go from fifth floor to sixth floor just to use the restroom in the middle of the night and during daily uses. But that’s OK plus the locker was very convenient. All in all, my stay.in Kiwa hostel was very good and close to Subway, which was very good as well

For a cheap bed to sleep for the night it was fine. But don’t expect much. Not even a simple breakfast or snacks. Would I stay here again? Yes. But with VERY VERY low expectations. Pros: staff was nice and helpful! Even put my bags in my room for me. Silent at night. No earplugs needed. Felt safe as a solo traveler. Cons: not clean. Used towels and napkins EVERYWHERE. Broken things. Broken toilet paper holder. Shaky toilet. Very very hot. It was hard to sleep because it was so hot in the rooms. Not very centrally located so it was a bit hard to get around.

stayed here for a week in june and found it reasonably good value, albeit with some quite major cons. but first, the pros: • the location — honestly great, it's a 5 minutes' walk from coex/airport bus stop. the nearest train station is a little further away, maybe 10-15 minutes, but i didn't find it a hassle. there's a gs25 right around the corner and some nice diners. • the hostel is new and quite beautifully decorated. i found the capsule to be quite clean and conveniently outfitted, and wifi was great too. • staff were all friendly and helpful. cons: • i booked the capsule suite because i wanted the desk for work purposes. the fact that the rooms are inaccessible for "cleaning" from 11am-4pm is a pretty major con in my opinion, especially since there isn't even daily housekeeping. i don't see why i couldn't have stayed in there during the time. • there are only curtains, not doors, which means you can hear pretty much everything — luggage being zipped, the main door being opened etc. they do provide earplugs which i was very thankful for. • the fixtures in the showers weren't very good quality. a few times i entered and the tap handles were missing etc. think this needs major work. bath mats would be great as well. all in all, i think the hostel is a nice basic option for a night or two. but some improvements would elevate the experience significantly!
