It was hard to find with google maps (of course this isn't the hotel's fault it's just how it is in Korea), so make sure you have naver installed when you arrive to make navigation easier. The lack of a physical front desk was inconvenient at times, such as when I first arrived and the room wifi, tv, etc weren't working; but overall the staff were helpful and hardworking so in the end it wasn't too much of an issue. There was only one washer and one drier for laundry so sometimes had to wait, but they worked well and were free. The location is very close to the metro station which was convenient. All necessities (groceries, pharmacy, convenience stores, cafes/restaurants, etc) are plentiful within walking distance.

My husband and I traveled from Texas to attend our daughter’s graduation from Yonsei University…this darling boutique hotel was just minutes from campus and has all the amenities you would ever need or want. We were able to grab a quick breakfast/brunch everyday in the quaint lounge, we could wash (and dry) our clothes- laundry soap and dryer sheets were available at no cost. Coffee and tea were available at anytime in the lobby or the lounge. We could also fill our reusable water bottles with ice and filtered water whenever needed. Every part of the hotel was very clean. It is decorated very well- the rooms are very equipped with anything you might need- hair dryer, flat iron, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, towels, shower shoes, toothbrush & toothpaste, slippers, robe, water bottles, fridge, microwave, electric tea kettle and the AC works great!! There is an array of restaurants, retail stores, coffee shops, photo booths (a must when in Seoul) and convenience stores within a short walking distance, as well as easy access to the subway and buses. (There are on site lockers for all sizes of luggage that can be stored at no cost- we used it after checking out so we could go eat lunch and shop a little before heading to the airport- it was very helpful and convenient- that way we didn’t have to haul our luggage with us everywhere) The staff is very friendly, very helpful and very accommodating- we will definitely stay here again!!!!

A bit dirty and old. The towels have stains on it. The room is small. The shower has no curtain. The location is fine but needs to walk up a steep slope to the hotel. Not recommend for family.

チェックインはキオスクだが日本語も選べるしスムーズだった。しかし部屋に入ったらカードキーを挿しても電気が付かない。フロントのカウンターに置いてあるトラブルが起きた際に使うタブレットは「休憩中」と表示されていてスタッフと連絡が取れず。エクスペディアからテキストで韓国語に翻訳して送るが返事はない。仕方なく電話して少し日本語がわかる方に代わってもらい対応してくださったが、結局、故障のようで部屋を代わることになった。その変更もキオスクでやるのだが結局その横のタブレットからスタッフに繋いで……という手順で、すごく分かりずらく途中不安でした。 立地もラブホテル街って感じで完全に失敗しました。 テレビは大きかったし、コーヒー等のサービスは便利で良かった。

Rummet jag bodde i var fantastiskt fint, rent och hade allt jag behövde. Det är en 2 minuter backe och sen är du mitt på den fantastiska huvudgatan i det minst lika fantastiska Sinchon. Allt du behöver finns precis utanför dörren, mat, shopping, apotek och kattcafe (för den som vill klappa katter). Det finns ingen personal på plats så du får lösa in och utcheckning själv men det finns 24/7 support och möjlighet att kontakta personal om det behövs. All in all jag kommer komma tillbaka så fort jag kan. Älskar Sinchon och kan inte vänta på att få göra om det här och komma tillbaka till SR compact Hotel Sinchon ❤️ Se upp för trappsteget på väg ut från takterrassen eller ta den snabba vägen ner för 9 trappor 😂
