Simple hotel

Near to mitsui outlet mall and airport and I would suggest to grab taxi (By meter) as is a lot cheaper than just grab or u can ask hotel to arrange. I enjoyed going to the mitsui outlet mall as it is less than 10min ride fr hotel, it has luggage storage space, free WiFi and also free shuttle to klia airport. The hotel staff was also v helpful. The room I was given wasn't very clean so I gave my feedback and they immediately came and cleaned up my room thoroughly and apologized for it. There is nothing much around the hotel location but a decent coffeeshop area where you can get nice local food. It is a simple hotel to stay before going to airport for budget and not fussy Traveller.

The room was in need of paint and it was just outdated. but the bed was fine,good shower but again dated bathroom. The night clerk Intiza was a great help,the guy was a blessing in many ways, as was the rest of the staff. The location was very close too the Airport but there was nothing in the area, one Indian resto with no English speaking staff,the food,what i managed too figure out was fine. no stores for buying water anything,just a bleak location. The price,well very cheap so that sort of made up for it.great for a night, 3 nights there,,i would kill myself.lol

공항 가까운 저렴한 숙소 1박

명칭은 호텔이지만 괜찬은 아담한 숙소입니다. 주변은 조용하고 친절하고 깨끗한데 방은 작습니다. 우선 공항과 가깝고 숙소에 셔틀은 있지만 요금을 줍니다. 그냥 편안하게 1박하신다고 보면 됩니다.

The room had a good kettle, ac, tv, double bed. Sufficient. Tv remote had no battery and only 1 tv channel. It's located near a mini mart and restaurant. I liked the substitute hotel driver, could speak English and helped me with my luggage at 2 am. The next morning took me to the klia station.

Smelly room and toilet. Poorly air conditioned. AC not in proper working condition. Regret to have booked and stayed in this property. Expedia should have been sensitive in promoting a very poor budget hotels.

A no frill hotel

Nothing is Royal about the place. The location is in an industrial complex along with other service shops mechanic, part store, etc. It does have an OK restaurant just around the corner from the Royal City. And a couple of other hotels some better than the Royal City a some worse. If you are just looking for a no frill one night stay to catch a flight out the next day, the Royal City could suit you. No free water, TV has no English channels. the bed is comfy. shower hot water, WIFI is ok. No entertainment close by so bring a computer to watch a movie on Netflix. The price is a bit high for what you get, I paid $15 US for one night. I'm paying $10 now in Kuching and is better. Maybe Kuala Lumpur is more expensive I don't know.

Super Friendly

The staff here were extremely helpful and accommodating. After flight issues we were able to check in during the middle of the night and they extended our check out to 1pm at no charge so we could manage a nights sleep. Since we had no phones they were kind enough to let us borrow theirs and helped us google places and organise transport. Very helpful and cheap. Short drive from the airport and there’s a restaurant just next door. Would highly recommend.

zeer eenvoudig!

wij moesten nog 1dag wachten , dus is dit een uitkomst om te slapen maar verwacht niet veel alleen je kan liggen en douchen meer niet! vele taxi willen je niet brengen omdat niet ver genoeg is .daarom moet je taxi v.h. vliegveld nemen dan moet je mr50 betalen ,het staat wel een waterkoker bij maar je hebt er niets aan als je geen thee of koffie bij je hebt. we willen eten maar er is een restaurant achter het hotel maar nemen geen credietkaart aan ,dus contant,en je kan nergens geld pinnen1
