โThis is a fantastic hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly, our room was beautiful and the hotel grounds are looked after with a real sense of care and pride. Breakfast was a highlight of the day! The outdoor pool area and various other seating areas around the hotel gave us many opportunities to relax and read. Although about a 30 min walk from the centre of Porto, there are many excellent restaurants within a 10 min walk of the hotel.

โExcellent reasonably priced place to stay and walk around Porto. Close to major attractions and many dinning options in the area. Felt very safe and comfortable. The room was quiet, clean and spotless.
The front desk staff were very friendly and Henrique gave us many tips to see in the area and where to eat which were helpful.

โHost is very nice. Property so close to metro very convenient. Room is clean and comfortable. Bed is medium firm which is perfect for me. Washroom always available to use. Kitchen has everything also. Only thing is please correct the info on expedia: there is no laundry, no breakfast, no luggage storage.โ

โIt was a pleasant trip because of Baumhaus serviced apartment. When I visited Porto, I used a transfer service (25 Euro) to the apartment. The house was very clean. My family had an allergy to poorly cleaned bedclothe, but no member had the allergy. We cook various foods using cookers in the room. Nearly all cookers are ready. The place was close to the tourist attraction and metro. We can walk to the various areas on foot, Bus or metro. The only shortcoming was narrow shower booth. โ
โService and staff were amazing. Room was also really nice.it had all the amenities of a 5 star hotel Just took awhile to figure out the lights. Location was a couple of blocks from city center. Walkable but a little hilly.โ
โThe place is very clean, quiet, nice staff and close to public transport. The only thing I did not like is the shower. Itโs tiny! Specially compared to the size of the bathroom and bedroom. Not a lot of food/dining options within walking distance but has great public transport close by. โ
โWhat a beautiful property! The rooms are so gorgeous and the building as well...you feel like you are going back in time. The staff is amazing- we were given excellent recommendations by the woman at the check in and followed her advice and saw so much of Porto in 2 days! Definitely make it to the public garden down the block...Cristal Palace...stunning! The music from the restaurant was a little loud but they turned it down when we asked, so that was much appreciated. Breakfast was good and...
