Got a refurbished room was very nice

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the hotel itself was very clean. Loved the huge shower! The bed was comfy too. The staff was nice and courteous. The lady in the pizza place during breakfast was super friendly! The casino wasn't overly smoky like many of the hotels. We enjoyed the beach club pool and it being for adults only. The only real negatives were the mini fridge in our room. We would have liked to have had an empty fridge to put leftover food and extra water in without having to pay a fee to have the contents taken out for us. Maybe a warning reminder for the extremely HOT sand next to the sandy area of the beach club would be helpful or when you're reserving those chairs. Not a huge thing, but also not thought about until touching the sand with bare feet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again in the future.

Hotel was wonderful and convenient for food and activities. I didn’t like that my room was located near the elevator so I could hear it going up and down all night.

The property was nice and clean. The only issue I had was that housekeeping went to the room by 10:30 am and while on vacation that is too early to try and make our beds so she did not clean, only took our trash and our dirty towels but didn’t give us additional towels. Housekeeping should go back after and make the beds when we are out.

Great place for family staycation very clean and well maintained hotel staff are polite and helpful close to fashion mall if you like shopping I would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues ! Looking forward to my next staycation
