"The biggest problem was lack of wi-fi in the rooms, and even the lobby wi-fi was not great. The place was overall very clean and with good amount of (natural and artificial) light, and the furniture was good, too. But there were no essentials provided (you have to buy soap, shampoo, napkins. &c). ..."

Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca Palmanova Bay
"So to start with the positives. This hotel has the most beautiful views and the rooms were nice. The main issue I have is I thought we were booked into the sister hotel, the booking was very very misleading and another person I spoke to stating there said the same The food was absolutely terrible. ..."
