“Big, modern hotel that is clean and comfortable. Great spa to relax in and very friendly staff. The breakfast selection was a little disappointing but that was minor. Overall excellent.”

1. The bedding, sheet and chair conditions are not clean, cheap and thin material with low quality.
2. Temperature of room was freezing cold in October, so we asked heating and portable heater but they provide blanket. However we could not use, it was not clean and we afraid bedbug and flea. We cannot sleep.
3. The quality of breakfast was so poor.

“We only had a couple of nights stay however we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was a problem. Staff were really polite and accommodating. Everything was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and oceon view room had a beautiful view along the coast. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. A good carpark to leave your car in hotel grounds. Would definitely go again.”
“They let us check in early and helped us get a 2 hour taxi when the trains went on strike. Everyone was great. Dinner starts later so be prepared for most restaurants to open at 8 pm”
