“We booked this hotel for a cosy week away in the snow and cold, hoped for a spa, good food and a comfy room to watch movies, but what we were met with was the farthest thing from all of this despite advertising. The spa is an added cost PER USE despite the expensive room, the breakfast was, quite frankly, disgusting and cold, (the hot stuff like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages), and the Wi-Fi was SO SLOW we couldn’t watch a thing on netflix. “Hotel with good sized pool and spa area. This is part of a group of hotels. They share pools restaurants between novotel and mecure. I stayed during low season so thr rate was fantastic but the room smelt smoke and there were no tea/coffee making facility. Even when I went to reception to ask one they said no.”
