“The hotel is in an incredible location overlooking the lake, great pool and wet/ dry sauna. The breakfast was exceptional and tye staff were lovely - in particular, Megan (reception) and Tomas (restaurant) - they are great ambassadors for your hotel, friendly/ dedicated and professional.
The only note of concern is the balcony. Some of the decking was broken/ loose (like a springboard) and the glass barrier on the balcony was alarmingly low (waist height on an adult ) which made us very...

“My sons & I had a wonderful stay for 3nts/4days. The staff were friendly, polite and respectful. The location was perfect - close to downtown shopping and within driving distance to many attractions and points of interest. The resort was clean with stunning views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains. The staff were always happy to help in any way possible way. Would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay. ”
