Absolutely wonderful experience for our first time in the Caymans. Every aspect of this hotel is a 5 star experience and the staff really take care of your every need. We also had a rental car and they took care of that with valet service free of charge. Amazing spa which we liked so much that we came back for massages twice. We will definitely be back and there is no other place that we would choose to stay while on Grand Cayman

If I could give this review 10 stars I would. My wife and I and another couple spent 5 days here. We didn’t know what to expect … what we experienced was like nothing we’ve experienced at other resorts. The attention to detail of our stay, the friendly staff through the resort, the fantastic food, the accommodations and the overall layout and look of the resort was fantastic. This is a must when traveling to Grand Cayman!!!

Took a quick getaway with my wife, and Palm Heights was the highlight of the trip. The staff was fun, friendly, and very attentive. The suites, pools, and lounges had amazing aesthetics and everything we needed. Even the Palm Heights premade drinks in the minibar were really good. The beach was clean, not crowded, and offered plenty of activities whenever we wanted it. The restaurants were fantastic and always available when we wanted a snack. Overall, the hotel had the perfect vibe for the getaway we had hoped for.

Palm Heights is cool and chic, yet comfortable and understated. One of the highlights is the beach. From the vibey set up, white sands, and incredible service - it is a sanctuary! The staff is amazing and make you feel at home. Concierge makes everything a breeze and possible. The staff is from all over the world, so it was fun to get to know them. Be sure to get to know George, Sunshine, and Grazia on the beach. You’ll be in great hands. Timothy, Giuseppe, and Shailend are so kind and helpful at Tillie’s. The gym was also incredible. The classes offered are top-notch and the facilities are elite. We can’t thank Palm Heights enough for an amazing week in paradise!
