"Excellent location, pool and beach area, large rooms with kitchenette, comfy beds, good dinner and entertainment. Our issues were: 1. The AC fan was very noisy and seemed to stop and start every 15 mins through the night. Could hear it with ear plugs. 2. The alarm clock went off at 6am. Perhaps the housekeeping staff could check no alarms are set when cleaning the room. 3. We could hear the full conversation of the people in the next room talking in a normal voice. Paper thin walls? Or, the adjoining room door allowing more noise? 3, The TV’s are old, not Smart TVs, so no way to use Netflix or Prime TV to watch movies and no pay per view movies. 4. There’s a drinking water advisory of which boiling the water would make it worse. The front desk told us it was okay to use the tap water in the room to make coffee in the supplied coffee machines. This was not good for a compromised immune system. Most hotels supply 2 water bottles per day in the bar fridge but when asked they pointed to where we could purchase small bottles of water. We had no response to our complaints."

"The room was very clean. The only drawback was how low the toilet was. I felt like I was in elementary school. Not good for a 5’11” person. Other than that, it was perfect for an overnight stay."

"We stay at the Watermark a couple times every year , great place our only comment would be the rooms need blackout curtains in the bedrooms, oh and maybe an ice machine near the south elevator?"

"The room itself was clean, staff were pleasant. There is lots of parking space. The kitchen looked complete. The glass lids to the pots were filthy, which put me ‘off’! Actually we were only there one night, and hadn’t planned to cook. However did want the use of a pot, so wiped it out, just in case it wasn’t cleaned either! Chose not to use a lid, and told cafe staff about the filth in the morning. Had two ‘bar stools’ at the counter (only chairs in this ‘mini suite’, and 3 out of 4 of the ‘rubbers’ on the legs had been removed! We didn’t want to scratch the floor, so folded up ‘info flyers’ and put under the legs, so as not to scratch the floor!"
