I loved this place. A very small room but very cozy! The check-in was fast and over the phone! The person who answered very nice! It is walkable to downtown and the bus stop is 1 min. away.

Close to the city centre with all the restaurants, cafe and shops. Even tho this place is just one a side street from a main road it’s very quiet. The only down part is that we had our rooms on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so it was a struggle to get up with all our bags.

This was my second stay here. If all you need is a place close to the train station and close to the major tourist sites, this is your place to stay! Rooms are very compact, but if all you need is a place to sleep, shower and watch a little TV before sleepy time, I highly recommend this place. Only problem I had was no 24 hour reception if you have a problem and other guests can get noisy at night (that's not the hotel's fault though).

Location is good, outside of property could do with a good clean and when we first arrived I nearly turned around and left. Hostel itself has seen better days and is quite run down, however we only wanted a place to stay as we were out all day. So, room... tiny, ground floor with little light and didn't open curtains for fear of the pole falling down, next to the front door so heard all the comings and goings. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding was clean with two mattress protectors, it had ac/heating and enough sockets for our phones etc. Plenty of hot water and clean towels so it was adequate for our needs, maybe an upstairs room with small balcony would be nicer? We booked very late and there were not many options available for the price and location, Would not book again but it served its purpose.

Horrible. The lady at the reception was extremely rude ‘ hostile. I had left my luggage at the hotel because she said I could but when I came she started saying how she cannot let me in because she is not there. I asked for someone else to help & he was very aggressive & wouldn’t let me in. The lady then yelled at me again for not going in even though she could see from her security camera that I wasn’t let in. She then proceeded to tell me a way to get my lugggage but she could’ve just told me that from the beginning to avoid the hassle. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE

Lugar centrico y seguro. Viaje sola y me senti segura todo el tuempo. El edicio no tiene elevador pero las escaleras son amplias. Los cuartos limpios y comodos. Para mi sola estuvo fantastico

Habitación muy antigua de los años ochenta,estéticamente decepcionante,muebles viejos,cubre almohadas y tendidos ni hablar,el techo con huecos sospechosos,lo demás se lo pueden imaginar,deberían anunciar que no tiene ascensor por si alguien no puede subir por las escaleras,fotos y publicidad engañosa!,personal solo vi uno de vez en cuando en la entrada y pasa de uno,aire acondicionado super antiguo y defectuoso,lo único bueno es la zona que está serca del centro de la ciudad y demás sitios de interés!

Todos sabemos que los hostales cerca del centro son edificios viejos pero los renuevan para alquilarlos , este hostal no está en buenas condiciones tampoco los alrededores, no hay condiciones para subir ya que no hay elevador, el baño feo, mucha incomodidad esperemos que hagan renovaciones .

Hay que destacar que la ubicación es muy buena, ideal para desplazarse a pie a muchos sitios de interés. Sin embargo, hay una total falta de cariño por mejorar las instalaciones, se ha quedado totalmente en otro siglo y no veo intención alguna de hacer ninguna mejora: la habitación súper pequeña, casi no había espacio entre la cama (bastante dura) para poder ir al baño, el cual era absurdamente pequeño y totalmente descuidado. No había lámparas de mesa, el armario era deprimente, había polvo por todos lados. La dejadez absoluta

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo aqui y ha sido peor que la primera. Me tocó una habitacion en la tercera planta. No tienen ascensor ni balcon por lo que para fumar tenia que estar bajando y subiendo escaleras todo el tiempo. Mi habitacion no tenia armario y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. La almohada parecia papel de fumar y el agua de la ducha no tenia nada de presion.
