The location was excellent in the heart of everything in Seville. The room was really a small apartment with full kitchen , washer, and full size fridge. There was a small issue with my tv but customer service was diligent in resolving the problem asap . Please be aware that the bedroom in this unit did not have a tv or window to outside air. The living room has both of these items though with a small French balcony to the street. I would highly recommend this place and would happily use them for future stays.

The staff was more than helpful in allowing us early check-in during the national power outage. Our ground level apartment was well appointed and clean. Roof terrace was a bonus. Only suggestion would be to improve exterior ventilation in kitchen/living area.

Lovely apartment and everything you need. The AC is heaven sent. Really easy access to the building and flat - no need to remember a key. They have a great app and WhatsApp chat for your needs. Most main attractions in the city were a walk away. There some local and authentic restaurants around. And the property was very clean and spacious. One challenge was that there is a limit on how much water you can use everyday.

On a month long trip this was best aparthotel stay in Spain by a wide margin. Clean and comfortable. Living Room has nice work desk, functional, well stocked kitchen. Very quiet bedroom, large bathroom. Excellent communication. Walkable to all major attractions incl. Seville Cathedral and Royal Alcazar. El Corte Ingles less than 5 min walk. Such a wonderful place for my friend and I to stay on our 3 night break in Seville. We were really impressed with everything about it. The apartment itself was beautifully clean, had loads of space, was very well equipped and just bowled us over really. It's in a wonderful area with easy access to everything that wonderful Seville has to offer.We went everywhere by foot because that's is what we like to do and found the location of Solea just perfect for this, even the bus stop for the airport bus was only five minutes walk away and the supermarket was even closer. Loads of great places to eat and drink literally on the doorstep too. Delightful, would highly recommend to all.

Nice property- easy checkin with WhatsApp and e-mail instructions. Virtual assistant through WhatsApp is also helpful. Location is not super central but still very walkable to all the major touristy sites. It’s safe and quiet at night. Also love the roof top Terrance. The 2B 2B unit is perfect for our family of 5. Everyone has their own space and we enjoyed all the amenities they provided.

Really great flat and good communication. Great location. Good coffee supply and well stocked kitchen! Only two small issues. 1) the air con covered big living room and second bedroom together, which was a bit difficult to control and wasted energy. 2) the apartment next door was being renovated so it was quite noisy in the mornings

An absolute gem

The only negative comment is that is it quite dark. Apart from that, we loved the apartment- well appointed, clean, peaceful. We were locked in the apartment on Sunday because the door handle stopped working but someone came to the apartment within 10 minutes and gave us a set of keys. The door handle was fixed the following morning. Excellent service and good communication from Numa. There was even a cupboard along the hallway with clothes airers, irons, ironing boards, extra coffee pods, loo rolls etc. what a super idea. Great location. Would highly recommend.

This was the nicest place that we stayed in Europe. Great apartment surrounding a small courtyard on 3 sides. 2 bathrooms was nice to have. The place was clean, nicely appointed with most of what you would need in the kitchen. The rooftop patio was a really nice touch. There were a couple tables, so we actually ate a few meals up there. Furniture for taking in the sun would have been a nice addition, but would have taken away from the elegance. Given that the property is on a really busy street, mostly foot traffic, it's really quiet inside. Great security. We definitely want to return to this property. Communication was excellent and we got a message as soon as the room was available for early check-in. Keyless entry to property and apartment. Can't say enough positive things.

Poor customer service after cockroach infestation

The apartment was as the photos - well renovated - and the location was fantastic. Unfortunately our experiences was marred due to a cockroach infestation. We reported it and were assured it would be dealt with the next day. Sadly, less 24 hours later another cockroach was scuttling around the bathroom as I showered and then the large one in the photos attached was in the bedroom again climbing and gliding around. We actually understand and had empathy as lived abroad and know how difficult this can be for the owners, but after being promised a small partial refund we have not received it. Whenever we message they simply say it has been sent but it has absolutely not come through and the level of help and support is terrible - they reply quickly and in a friendly way but just push you along…..wait a few more days, wait a few more days, contact Expedia…..sadly we went into this resolution process hoping to say there was an issue (we weren’t going to even mention what) but that we had been impressed by the customer service. This is not the case and we have been left frustrated. We were never offered the opportunity to move rooms and in all honesty we didn’t ask as suspect the infestation was throughout (we were on floor one, not ground). We stayed as it was Holy Week and there was nowhere we could afford to move to.
