“Staff was exceptional and friendly. Room could be cleaner and sheets on sofa bed were dirty, no extra blankets for sofa bed, had to go down and get clean sheets/blankets. Overall a great location, clean hotel, wonderful staff. Breakfast was a step up from continental . ”

“The location is excellent - close to train, shopping and amenities. The room itself was really clean, nicely updated compared to the exterior. However the wifi was really spotty and only worked half the time. The staff wasn't very helpful, and overall the place was kinda sketchy. If you want a budget hotel in the middle of downtown it's a good price, but you'll only get the bare minimum.”

“Stayed for one night for a bike overnight adventure. It was great- beautiful grounds, drinks, food, and a movie! Beautiful location right off the amazing Burke Gilman/Sammamish River trail. Only thing missing was a hot tub. ”

“The rooms are good. well furnished and maintained OK. Several issues with staff: garbage put outside doors is not picked up in a timely manner, This is disgusting. I noticed one bag of trash was there for 48hrs. Finally removed after I commented on it to a maintenance guy. For the second time in my last few stays, the morning breakfast was severely compromised because the cook did not show up for work.”

Everything seemed fine at first, but it was impossible to sleep due to guests playing music and singing until midnight, as well as others being loud in the hallway. The staff didn't clean the rooms but took the tip left on the pillow - absolutely the worst service.”
