"It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. He said at 10:30pm at night if we didnt like it we could leave. The next day, despite admitting to the problem the night before he then denied it...

"The communication was reliant on messages. No direct contact. No guest handbook explaining how to turn the sockets on. No gas for the cooker until someone came out after 2 days to turn it on under the sink. Poor decorative order. Great location but a poor start"

"Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße man kann auch sagen Rennstrecke wo es MEGA LAUT war. Der Zugang zu dem Apartment war völlig ungepflegt und zugemüllt. Im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer löste der Putz sich von den Wänden durch Feuchtigkeit, Vorsicht ist geboten beim Duschen wenn der Boiler sich einschaltet verbrüht man sich. "Hotel was in a beautiful setting on a cliff overlooking the Ionian Sea. Room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of patio space with sun beds by the large saltwater pool and attractive pool bar with extensive bar menu. Food was good. Staff were wonderful. Parking was gated and free - we were lucky to secure a spot as it was off season and one could not reserve in advance. Only criticism was that the hotel was a sprawling design and easy to get lost, and decor a bit dated."

"What a pleasant stay! The hotel is so convenient to everything and a nice easy walk to downtown, all of our favorite restaurants, and the kiosko outside the hotel is so convenient for beverages anytime of the day. Rooms were spacious and breakfast option was simple. Only thing is the bed was not the best. Definitely needs to improve the mattress before we come back and stay. "
