The lobby fragrance is soothing, and the service is attentive right from the moment you enter. The room is clean and tidy with great attention to detail. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation is excellent, and the sleeping experience is perfect. The smart facilities are easy to use, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries are of good quality. The staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out are efficient. The surrounding facilities are complete and transportation is convenient. Overall, it is comfortable, elegant, with great service and high cost-performance ratio. It is suitable for both business trips and travel. Full score!

This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak much English -- did their best to try and help us. The bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom and shower are awesome, and the view is very pretty. Lots of restaurants around -- we liked the Villa. Enjoy!

The hotel has an elegant, stylish atmosphere with well‑thought‑out decor. May at the front desk was warm and attentive, checking me in efficiently and thoughtfully. The room was clean and comfortable with great attention to detail. I had a fantastic stay. It’s a really relaxing place for travelers and highly recommended.
