"You can tell the hotel is a little worn and could do with a refresh however we had a lovely room which was spacious and had a good shower. The beds and pillows are comfy and there is a good selection of towels. The breakfast included is a choice of 4-5 dishes on the menu, it’s an adequate portion but will not keep you full through lunch. The menu didn’t change our entire stay and anything else you need to pay for. In addition I found it disappointing that this was not served on the rooftop for a nice view, instead it was served on the 2nd floor with a view of the back alley. Given it is called the Parker hotel and rooftop, you’d expect that you would get to experience this! The breakfast servers are very lovely though. If you are British, bring your own tea bags. The other thing that we found difficult was long stay parking. There is almost nothing in the area that allows you to park for longer than 24hrs. The hotel car park is extortionate at $60 per night, had we known this, we would have returned the car early. We had no choice but to pay it, given it is already expensive, I feel this should have been included."

"When I booked my room online with Expedia, it indicated that was a full waterview room, there was no waterview it was a small window with a view of a building, very disappointing, however, no fault of the Seaside hotel. Regardless, the price was excellent. A few issues about the room was finding the location of the light switch for the vanity cupboards, it was hidden in the closet and it was an extremely tiny little black switch that almost look like a screw in the wall, I had to call the front desk for its location. The bathroom sink faucet would only allow for hot water, no cold water was coming through. The tap in the shower is also finicky it took quite a while to adjust! I would suggest they should get new hardware for their sinks and showers and as far as parking self parking it should be better instructed as to where to park and we’re not to park lol I did receive a hefty parking ticket from the parkade attendant, however the hotel said not to worry they would take care of it! Self parking should be better instructed as to where they wish you to park in the parkade. All in all minor issues, other than that, the room was excellent, the staff were great and very helpful. I was allowed to get an extension on my checkout which was very nice. I would stay there again, hopefully the faucets will be fixed by then lol"

"This hotel I would highly recommend! It was clean, the gardens were so beautiful (perfect place to enjoy the complimentary breakfast) the pool and hot tub were marvellous, the staff was very helpful and friendly! My husband and I would consider coming back again. I really enjoyed the smart tv where we could watch Netflix. The only slight issue was the shower in our room had very low water pressure so we took our showers at the gym. Other than that the hotel is top notch!"
