"Super helpful staff/eager to help with luggage or directions (outstanding customer service- I felt like they were putting the customer first - not trying to get a tip). Quietest AC ever, nice blackout curtains. Great room and staff. Would definitely go back!! Short 5 min walk to cruise port. No breakfast but that’s ok."

"We thought that everything was great- location, staff, amenities which we did not use, cleanliness. The only thing that I found amusing was that when I needed a pen and paper which you can find in any low, moderately or expensive hotel, I found nothing. If a visitor needs a pen or paper, he/she should bring his/her own. $1000 a night will not buy you a pen or writing pad."
